Customer Review: One of the best products I bought in ages.
I bought this unit at the time, when I did not understand very much about recording live TV to a media hard drives etc. I have now played with this unit for a very short time in under a week and got to understand basically everything I need to know about recording and playing DVDs. Using the EPG guide for recording or TV guide I can say I have had no problems what-so-ever, each page refreshes very quickly with no problems. Using the recording with the EPG Guide is very easy. I cannot understand how these 2 other User have any problems with this? I would say to them check your setup on your TV or maybe check your aerials reception. It is sometime easy to blame something you don’t understand than to stick with it and find out if you are the problem and not the product. Using the recording function to DVD and playing back onto other DVD players I had no problems but would say you must use the correct DVD -r/rw otherwise you will not be able to finalizing your DVD for other DVD players. The TV turner upscale to 1080i onto your LCD TV and picture quality is second to none (note if it is not, check your reception). There is a wide range of recording formats to use for recording. Tip for best play back use XP for recording to hard drive. I have no regrets what-so-ever in buying this product and would recommend this to anyone who wanted something which works very well and easy to use and at the same time looks very sophisticated and stylish.

The Unit on a whole is slow. The EPG takes a life time to refresh. Playbacks judder all over the place. I rate this -1 out of 10
