Customer Review: Rubbish - wish I hadn’t bought it.
The hardware to get the video onto your computer works fine, no problems with that. The software, however, is a total load of rubbish. It constantly crashes and malfunctions - the resulting DVD won’t even play. To top it all, it crashed again and I lost the whole project that I’d spent a whole day working on. I am now using different software which works well. I would not recommend this product unless you already have some good video editing software.

Customer Review: Dazzle DVD Recorder - Absolute rubbish
Simple USB2… just connect your analogue device and away you go it says on the box. Like hell!! Connect your device then spend endless hours trying to get it to work more like. As usual with plug and play… no instructions on what to do if it doesn’t work. You just get directed to help files which are no help and on-line support which is equally inept. The provided software does not work. It constantly crashes the computer and the only way to recover is hit the power button and risk corrupting your hard drive. I have windows Vista32 with only legally bought software installed. I have followed all instructions precisely, have downloaded and installed the lastest driver update and still it wont work. ?40 wasted.

Customer Review: Multi-region?
I got this earlier in the year but it does not play anything DVD’s other than region 2 DVD’s. Be wary.
Customer Review: good but problems connecting to NTL!!!
I have recently purchased this DVD recorder, but am having great problems utilising its different functions. I use NTL, and cannot seem to programme the channels into the recorder, so at present I cannot record anything from TV. The recorder seems to pick up only one channel (the one that I have the NTL set on at that moment). It doesnt pick up any other channels! has anyone had (and hopefully solved!) similar problems? or any advice would be fantastic as this problem is really driving me mad! Except from that it delivers a good picture through my plasma, and can watch films (dvd/divx/avi) with no problems and easy operation! please email shona 569@hotmail.com or call 07810 543300 many thanks!
