Customer Review: Very disappointed
So upset with this machine I am writing my first review. The machine seems to have a life of its own. It is connected by a scart cable to a sky+ box and by another scart to my TV. If I change TV channels or switch off TV while recording from the sky+ box the recording stops. Tried all cable combinations but nothing helps. Nobody on the ‘help line’ can sugggest anything.

I have had and returned 2 of these. At first worked well, but in both cases after several months became suddenly unable to change channels, ie turned into a god DVD player & useless recorder. have changed to another brand
