Customer Review: AVOID SAMSUNG! More Style than substance.
This TV lasted 12 months an 2 weeks and is therefore out of warranty. Samsung tech support tried various combinations of “engineer” settings to no avail- The Freview and HDMI socket still do not work. No call backs as promised by Samsung UK. Incidentally my YPK3 Samsung mp3 player lasted 3 weeks! I will avoid Samsung products in future.

I can not get this repaired under warranty, and they ADMIT I have the warrant! I have spent hours on the phone, taken two days off work waiting for a service call that never comes. They say there is NO SERVICE CENTER IN SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA!!! I have in home warranty service and they say that in the huge metropolitan area of San Diego, they have no one that repairs the TV. I can not believe the horrible service… horrible.. If anyone at SAMSUNG wants to try to solve this problem for me, my service ticket number is: 40071573774
