Customer Review: Total lack of customer attention
The package was sent with no remote control.
I get no response to any of my many complaints.
Yet “Customer Services” tell me that a product that I paid for 25 Sept. cannot be expected before 25 October.
This is the most miserable internet transaction I have ever tried.
Amazon Warehouse NEVER again.
Customer Review: HDMI FTW!!!!!
If you own or are about to buy a HD TV i highly recommend that you buy a freeview box with upscaling capability like this one. This model works great, the picture is much sharper and there little to no digital noise on the picture compared to using scart. It almost looks like a real HD source!
The only niggle i have with this is that you can accidentally change the HD resolution by hitting the centre button on the remote, but otherwise its fine

Customer Review: Brilliant product
Having tried Pinnacle’s dvb-t stick on my laptop, which failed miserably (erasing the drivers for my DVD drive), I returned it and replaced it with this. In constrast to the Pinnacle stick, this is genuinely vista compatible. I plugged it in, and had the drivers working within a very short space of time. After the troubles with Pinnacle, I didn’t bother with the bundled software, but instead installed the stick in Windows Media Centre. This took around 15 minutes to complete, after which I was able to receive 70 channels. Picture quality is excellent, with none of the crashing that others have experienced. Overall, one very satisfied customer.

Drivers are completely Irratic and tryung to remove the product fully is impossible. Go somehwere else if you want a rpoduct like this. This one is just to unreliable in setting up.

Customer Review: Unbelievable Value for Money
This is such a great TV, I can’t believe it doesn’t have any ratings/reviews yet - so here goes.. I have only had this TV for a few days but I have been blown away by the picture and sound quality. Although it is HD ready, I have only been watching standard Freeview programmes but the picture quality has been excellent. There is occassional blurring from fast moving objects, but it is only minor and very infrequent so no problem at all. For this price, it is unbelievable value for money. Unless you are a real TV picture/sound expert/geek, give this TV a try and you really won’t regret it!
