Customer Review: As good as the 32LXD700?
I’ve just got one of these, having spent some time choosing between this, the more expensive 32LXD700 and the new 37LZD70. In the end I plumped for this because the picture is identical to the more expensive LXD 700, and whilst the latter is supposed to sound better, I’ve got a good home cinema system any way. As for the new 37″ set, this is gorgeous, but with standard def signals this 32″ set had a clearer, richer and more stable image. What I would say is that the picture quality is markedly improved over the 18 month old 32″ LCD Panasonic I replaced. It also has a significantly better picture than the cheaper 32LMD70, and cheaper still 32LMD7. So, this is probably the optimum set of the current 32″ Pana LCD’s; save yourself a couple of hundred quid over the 32LXD700.
Customer Review: overall pretty good
I bought this tv after much research I must say i am pleased with the overall quality, the speakers are fine, you will see a major difference in picture quality depending on what you are watching and what inputs you use, rgb scart is fine for tv (i have virgin cable) older progs and films can be grainy and blurred, as some of the other reviews have stated the newer the dvd the better the quality tends to be, I also own a panasonic dvd recorder and the two work well together, using one remote. in essence sometimes i miss the uniformity of my old crt telly sometimes im blown away by how good the panasonic can be.

Customer Review: Fantastic
I’ve been looking around for a large screen for ages and finally decided on this one and haven’t regretted my decision once. The picture quality is superb, colours are deep and rich and it gives an excellent response on all the DVD’s I’ve watched so far (Apocalipto looks simply stunning). Sound is good, maybe not as sharp as some I’ve heard but this is not an issue if, like me, you are going to be using a separate amp. If you are trying to decide whether to go for this or maybe a Sony Bravia I would say the Sony does have a “slight” edge (and I mean slight) but it is nowehere near worth the extra ?800-900 you’d need to shell out for one. Definately the best buy I’ve made this year.
