Took this out for 9 mile run, did exactly as expected with no problems at all, would recommend as a secure and unobtrusive way to carry your ipod during exercise

Mine started crackling after only a few months light use. Your paying for the apple brand - these would be bottom of the range by any other manufacturers standards.

I had an 2nd gen ipod nano which obviously came with these earphones, it was only a few months before they lost the bass i think, and from there on out they just fell apart, the wires started showing at certain areas - which may have been to misuse, but still, if they are priced at ?20 you would expect better durability.
They lasted 6 months and i bought some new ones which were far better.
Unfortunatly my ipod got stolen - now i hav a 3rd gen nano, but with these earphones, and i instantly noticed the difference in sound quality, the pair i actually bought were the same price as these ones in the shop, but far better.
If you just want people to know you’re listening to an ipod buy these. If you want quality, then DON’T.
