I totally agree with the above review that this is a fantastic little product. I bought one very cheaply in the US, but am aware that it is available in an Apple store for a scandalous ?19.99.
The shuffle snaps securely into a middle section and the headphones wind around this central core, ensuring untangled cord.
If you have a shuffle, you should order this item immediately!

Having surfed alot and choosing this item i am happily impressed. it is light, rigid and neat. It holds the shuffle snuggly and allows for winding wire for headphones around and holds ear pieces in place perfectly. The karabiner clip is great too, so it doesnt go walkabout.
