I am thinking about this, looks great, but beware Amazon is over charging, even if you buy it direct from TomTom itself it is ?49.95 including postage and I am sure you can get it cheaper if you look around
Customer Review: Tomtom GO FM Transmitter Mount
I have finally taken delivery of my Tomtom Go FM Transmitter Mount …and I’m quite impressed! don’t be expecting a crystal clear sound however but if you tune into an unused FM signal (I used 87.9)then you can get a fairly clear transmission. Obviously once you’ve tuned your radio to the same frequency as your Tomtom just save it as a preset channel. Remember that you won’t be able to listen to normal radio stations and operate the FM function at the same time, it’s one or the other. I’ve yet to try the phone clarity but if the jukebox and navigation instructions are anything to go by then this looks to be a good purchase. After my last purchase from Tomtom (RDS-TMC Traffic receiver…absolutely CRAP!)I was doubting the quality of Tomtom add-ons, however my faith has been restored.
