Customer Review: useful and solid kit
The unit comes with the same USB docking station as supplied with the Tom Tom 520.
So you have a spare unit there for starters.
The charger is a modular unit that is pre-made to fit US sockets.
there are are three other converters, which clip on solidly and convert it to UK, Aussie and European plugs.
Ah voltage the cynics say. me too.
But its multi-voltagew and self selecting - so it will work in the US (110v) or Euro (230v) (UK is no longer 240v by the way)
The plug has a downward facing USB socket, with the standard 5v output for charging.
plus of course, you can just used the USB plug to get some free power from a passing PC or laptop.
