Customer Review: You are just buying hassle. Avoid this one.
At first look this blender looks decent quality with a good glass bowl. I have had two and both have just fallen to pieces. The first one was replaced without question by Amazon after the bearings gave up after only lite use. The second has also blown apart the blade drive. Delonghi are absolutely useless on after sales service and will not reply to emails or respond to phone calls. They just keep you hanging on earning them money from your call. Their parts supplier say they do not carry spares for this model. How bad is that? Avoid this machine and Delonghi.

Customer Review: It broke in less that 10 months!
We got it as a present last Christmas. By summer time it was leaking. Come autumn it completely stopped working.
