Customer Review: JERKY RESULTS FROM A POOR SUPPLIER
Bought this software based on all the great reviews.Unfortunately I found it extremely frustrating to actually cut a scene from the captured footage,then when finished after a 3-4 hour slog,I burnt to DVD only to find the image jerky.

Contacted the Customer service on e-mail as the phone number did not work and despite following the instructions from the e-mail help line the results are still the same.Complained to the supplier who now refuses to refund.

This experience is really off putting,maybe the people who love this software can explain why it’s so good.It does nothing for me!!

I do a lot of filmmaking in my spare time and I have never been happier with an editor for this price. A must buy, for anyone wishing to make their home-movies look like they were made by pros.

Customer Review: supplied a FRENCH unit
just be aware that, if supplied by pixmania, you will recieve the manual in French and the plugs are european. you will get a new uk plug but will have to refit to wires. therefore it is difficult to know how the unit works or if i am happy as i cant operate it yet.

Lovely bit of technology, albiet the menu / joystick can be a little fiddly in a hurry. Integral ’stills’ camera limited, and better to buy a separate digital camera if you can afford it - but, OK in an emergency. The main gripe is in ordering from Amazon’s associate Pixmania, you get the user manuals etc in French, as the equipment is shipped from Paris.
