QVC normal delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after authorisation of credit card details or receipt of your cheque. Please note, however, that delivery to countries outside mainland UK or delivery of items despatched directly from our suppliers may take longer.

You can opt for our express delivery service - available in the UK only - for an extra cost of £2.95. This will take three working days from receipt of payment and will have to be signed for - so you'll need to make sure someone's in!

QVC will happily refund or replace any damaged or faulty item within a period of six months from delivery. Simply call Customer Services to return an item on 0800 51 41 31 for a pre-paid label for items sent via Royal Mail. For any items that are too large to send, you'll need to arrange for collection by courier.
