SONY BRAVIA
September 29th, 2007Quality and reliability with in built digital tuner
I was looking for a TV to go in the kitchen and nearly bought the Samsung as it looked great but the poor sound output let it down. My Sony is used for digital radio too and I already have a Sony digital box for my main TV. That has been 100% reliable (unlike the two Nokias I exchanged at John Lewis) and the TV looks as if it is made to the same standards. Very good sound in a large noisy kitchen, excellent picture quality, an electronic programme guide that list both radio and TV and allows easy switching between channels. Very easy to set up and takes up minimal space in the kitchen. Can’t see why it is worth bothering with non digital TV and having to buy a separate box. Digital picture quality and the extras all work intuitively. A real pleasure to own.
Excellent second TV
As with all Sony products, this one comes out on top for a small extra TV. So easy to set up,if you have Freeview already. Accepts analogue, so no problem in weak digital areas. Remote well set out with all controls easy to use even in the dark. Looks great too.

Also, the reporters at the talked to some Sony high level executive, who told them, that Rolly is “a digital media player designed to extend the function of a Walkman-type device - to create a new category. Think of it as a music-focused Wii on wheels”
Sounds extremely interesting, I would say!
