What do I do if I do not know the registration number of the vehicle?
When entering the details of your vehicle, if you do not have a registration number, please just click on “Get Vehicle” and select your vehicle from the drop down boxes.
If you know the registration number of your vehicle, enter this and click on “Get Vehicle”. We will find the vehicle details for you and ask you to confirm these are correct. If the incorrect vehicle details are shown, please click “no” and proceed to manually select the correct vehicle.
If you have not previously entered a registration number during your quotation you must enter it on the Summary page when buying your policy.
Please note that we can only cover vehicles that are registered with DVLA (Swansea).
What is Estimated annual mileage?
This is the total mileage that you estimate that your car will do in the next year, including use by you and any named driver, for pleasure and business purposes (if included).
If I have to make a claim, will the value I enter be the amount you will pay me for my vehicle?
Please note that in the event of a total loss, we will pay the market value of your vehicle immediately before the loss and not the estimated value you have given. If your vehicle is less than 12 months old at the time of the loss, we will replace it with a new vehicle of the same make, model and specification - see the Car Insurance policy for the terms and conditions.
