Draper 30 Metre Garden Hose Reel Set

Draper 30 Metre Garden Hose Reel Set
Hose kit comprising 20M (working length) 3/8″ diameter recoil hose, 1/2″ tap connector and five pattern spray gun. Display packed.

Customer Review: A most useful hose.
Having used a conventional Hoselock reel hose which now leaked at every joint I decided to buy this hose which would involve fewer connections and presumably coil itself back. I have found it to be well made and it performs the task of watering the plants so much easier.Because it cannot entirely uncoil it can only reach 20 metres but that would be ample for many gardens. Also you need to let it recoil a few feet at a time so that it does not tangle but this only takes a few seconds. Finally ,it will not take very cold temperatures so must be put away for the winter.

Overall I would not wish to return to a reeled hose unless I required the greater length.

Customer Review: Effective - but requires external power source.
The battery compartment is difficult too get to with you having to remove eight screws. There is a 12v external power inlet which has a cover on it which you have to snap off-and-on for access (I think one of the other reviewers has mistaken that as the control knob). The controls are under a flap on the left hand side. The unit can be off, on-constant or on-sensor with three different frequency settings. The device does work but really requires an external power source as otherwise it eats batteries.

Customer Review: not very happy
I ordered this item believing that it was battery or mains powered and it is only battery, you have to dismantle the thing to place batteries by removing eight screws to get to the compartment. The setting lever just turns round and round with no markings as to what setting you are on and no idea if it is switched on or off. I bought four big batteries at a cost of ?5.90 and still no idea if it’s working. I returned the item the following day asking for a refund. This model l have is supposed to be a new improved model. Would hate to see the model before.

Customer Review: Big Letdown
I love gospel music and ordered this video expecting gospel music. I got more preaching and testifying than music. I didn’t send the tape back because by the time I paid shipping it just wasn’t worth the effort. I donated the tape to a religious organization. I will be extra careful when ordering gospel music again.
Customer Review: Inspirational and invigorating
I have watched this video several times and I love it. I am sending gift copies to family members. I am also sharing it with my pastor.

Customer Review: MS Office 2007
Microsoft Office Professional 2007 UPGRADE I have been using computers for over 45 five years and PC’s for the past 25. I recently upgraded from MS Office 2003 to 2007 (professional) for use on my home computer. Over the years I have progressed from various minicomputer report generators, word processors and PC based word processors. There is always a certain amount of learning with the upgrading process, but I am totally disgusted with some of the changes in Officer 2007. I use all of the components of the package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), but am most concerned with Word, especially for anyone in a business environment where time, deadlines and money are important considerations. Some of my concerns are with the new interface. It is almost impossible to locate many of the features that are required to prepare a simple letter or report. Yes, they have supplied a lot of interactive help and it is great for kids and geeks in learning mode, but very slow and frustrating for a mature user that is really only interested in getting the job done! I just completed trying to edit a report and it is so bad that I am going to the office and use the old machine! Another example is with the importing of scanned material into a document or report. It use to be a very simple process of importing directly from a the scanner and now there is a whole new separate system that requires going out of word, importing the material from the scanner into clip organizer and clipping back into work. It is a horrible and inconvenient system that is a poor substitute for the old approach. I will not pretend to have a complete understanding of the 2007, but these are a few things that I notice. My real concern is that anyone in the business world should look long and hard at making the change as the loss in productivity while learning to use the new system will very high. Now having stated that side of the problem I am certain that there will be a reverse effect when starting employees from secondary schools and college come into the organization they will feel most comfortable with the new product, given that Microsoft gives them the most recent material for free. You can’t win on this one. Microsoft needs to go back to the drawing board on this one!
Customer Review: Don’t buy this unless you REALLY need the extras.
I have been using Microsoft Office since 2001, owning every format it has been released in even prior to that date. My favorite, MS Office 2003, is a fantastic program, which allows me to do everything from write business letters, faxes, client billing, office memorandums, power point presentations, project potential profits for an upcoming year, etc. You might now ask, why can’t the 2007 version do this? Well, it can… if you can find the buttons. MS Office 2007, is essentially a re-worked version of 2003 with INCOMPATIBLE file extensions, and SMALL few new options like seeing text size/font while mousing over text, yet having to track down misplaced buttons, an annoying layout that seems to have been designed with people of lower intelligence in mind, and less online support. I do enjoy some of the new templates and options. But they are more of flashy extra, like leather in an old car. Whomever dreamed up doing this, was most likely someone with a degree in business but NO personal experience in what people really NEED in the office, to get things done. Example: Excel is only useful to a certain point in 2003 as it runs out of space with giant worksheets for company billing. It also has some new time based options for age requirement in a billing folder. BUT, there are other free programs out there (many online) which easily replace it, do all of this and more like open it further if you run out of space, without having to spend a small fortune to replace it. Why waste your hard-earned money on a fancy faced office, with no real improvements over 2003? Buy MS Office Professional 2003, and leave the 2007 version to the forgotten shelves containing “supposedly improved software” of yesteryear. My copy is going to be donated free of charge to someone who cannot afford even 2003, and has enough time on their hands (as well as inexperience with former versions) to learn it.

Customer Review: faulty product, bad customer service
I received this product as a gift for Christmas. The remote temperature sensor was broken out of the box. After several emails to the company over a week ago I have yet to get a response. I called customer service, waited twenty minutes on hold only to have someone offer to take take my name and number for someone else call me back. Bad quality control and even worse customer service. After reading the reviews here about the alarm I think I might be fortunate this is going in the trash.

Worked right out of the box. Temperature readings were very accurate and the atomic clock received a signal with no problem. Instructions were simple and understandable….perhaps some of your other reviewers should read them. What a deal for the price!

Tchaikovsky - Swan Lake / Makarova, Dowell, Royal Ballet Covent Garden
List Price: $29.95
Used Price: $5.33
Customer Review: Admirable - As “Swan Lake” Goes. . .
I must first acknowledge up front that “Swan Lake” (SL) is not my favorite ballet, and of the three most famed full-length ballets set to Tchaikowsky’s music, I prefer the other two, not least because the music itself in “Nutcracker” and “Sleeping Beauty” is far superior (in my opinion) to the pedestrian, repetitive score the composer did for SL. Act I is an outright bore - Baryshnikov once said that as a youngster when he was sent off to see productions of SL at the Kirov, he would sit there thinking to himself, “Isn’t it over yet? Why isn’t it over yet? When is it going to be over?” Out of four acts, there is really only about 45 minutes of dancing worth watching: the Act II lakeside scene, the famed Black Swan pas de deux in Act III, and a few moments in the rather short final act. The rest is filler, and to less than inspiring music. All that said, great dancers in the leading roles can make SL worthwhile, especially if you can push a button and skip Act I and everything in Act III until Odile arrives. . . In this particular version, the Royal Ballet serves up its excellent corps, a mature but still technically sound Natalia Makarova in the title role, and Anthony Dowell as the feckless Prince Siegfried. Makarova was born to dance Odette - her lyricism, beautifully articulated feet, back, and arms, and Kirov style are in perfect soulful sync with the choreography. Although close to the end of her career here, she is still just about fully in command of her technique and shows that her fame in the role was justly earned. I have never found hers a particularly sympathetic persona but in this performance her occasional inability to conceal her awareness of her gifts did not intrude. She is less successful, but only slightly less so, in Act III as Odile. Makarova was never a brilliant classicist, and the bravura dancing required of Odile is generally not her strong point. In this dilemma she is not alone, as few ballerinas combine the extraordinary lyricism required of Odette AND the brilliant, diamond-hard classicism required of Odile. In fact, originally, the ballet was conceived for two ballerinas, one dancing Odette and another Odile. The same ballerina doing both parts was a later development. Nevertheless, Makarova does well in Act III, considering its choreography does not play to her strengths. She travels practically all the way downstage during her 32 fouettes, but she gets them all done completely and, at the age of 41 and in such a taxing role, that is saying something. Her balances (which were curiously lacking in security when I saw her years earlier in “Sleeping Beauty” - Aurora was definitely NOT one of her better roles) are marvelous and this is, ultimately, a very satisfying performance. Dowell, by contrast, seems curiously bland emotionally - perhaps his natural reserve paled even further next to Makarova’s Kirov emotionalism - although he executes his few solos beautifully - one forgets what beautiful, elegant, legs he had - with high jumps and clean turns. His partnering is, as always, faultless, but, like the Prince in “Sleeping Beauty”, this is mostly a thankless part. The Royal Ballet’s corp performs beautifully, the production is completely traditional - and one of my favorite dramatic dancers from the Royal’s past, Derek Rencher, is wasted as von Rothbart (who is NOT wasted as von Rothbart?!). You want to see Derek Rencher as a biting Tybalt in the first of these recorded, live full-length ballets from the Royal, the Czinner production of Macmillan’s Romeo & Juliet, filmed in 1966, with a very mature Margot Fonteyn and a young Rudolf Nureyev - but that, as they say, is another story.
Customer Review: Still the best Swan Lake on dvd
I’m not an expert but was a ballerina as a little girl and graduated into toe shoes in my early teens, so I know how difficult it is to dance ballet. Makarova is simply enchanting as Odette the Swan Princess. She was in her early 40’s when this was filmed in the 80’s. Her classical training in the Russian ballet program is very evident here. She’s not perfect, but comes pretty close. This is a very demanding role for any ballerina especially one nearing the end of a fabulous career. Her legendary reputation is certainly solidified by this magnificent performance. Her beautiful, fluid arm movements are absolutely mesmerizing. Her facial and physical expressions add to a beautiful, dramatic interpretation. I have yet to see another ballerina emote and bring forth such dramatic intensity as Odette. Dowell is a very talented dancer and quite handsome too. I enjoyed his pirouettes and he has amazing balance. I thought he was quite sensitive as Prince Siegfried. They seemed to have very good chemistry. The Swan maidens were wonderful, but lacking the exact precision of the Paris Ballet or Kirov corps. Film was beautifully shot and has held up well considering the age of the original master tape. Overall, this is still my favorite Swan Lake performance on dvd simply for Makarova & Dowell’s performances. At the curtain call, it was charming to see Makarova kiss a single red rose from her bouquet and present it to Dowell for a job well done.

Black & Decker DCM18S Brew ‘n Go Personal Coffeemaker with Travel Mug
Wouldn’t this make a great gift for a student, or a commuter? The machine brews right into the thermal travel mug and then shuts itself off, so your favorite coffee lover can simply grab and go!
Price: $19.99
Customer Review: perfect for one
I purchased this for my mother for Christmas. She really needed a coffee maker that was more reliable. This one is perfect. It has a reusable coffee filter, makes a perfect cup of coffee at a simple push down of a lever that automatically shuts the coffee maker off when done. No more worries about a coffee pot left on, burnt coffee or a coffee maker that over flows. This one is so simple and easy to clean and you can use more than just the travel mug under it. I would recommend this to anyone who is not a big coffee drinker or who really likes the taste of a fresh brewed cup of coffee.
Customer Review: Excellent Quick Coffee Maker
This is our second Black & Decker Brew ‘n Go and we really like it. We had the first one for several years before we had to replace it due to the switch going out. We couldn’t wait to get a new one and no other small coffee maker would do! It’s very convenient and especially good for a quick cup on the go or if you have caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee drinkers in the house. The filter system is great since you don’t have to buy filters. The only reason we wouldn’t give it a 5 star rating is the travel mug can take on water between the inner and outer pieces.

Customer Review: Good Game For Straight RPers
This game is cute and fun. It’s easy to immerse yourself in it and become the unnamed main character. It involves some problem solving techniques, though nothing over complicated or too hard. I solved it in about two hours without a walkthrough. There is only one enemy and it will only kill you if you go on the wrong path before the required clues are collected and you don’t have to even run from it then, just turn around. And even if you do die, nothing happens. There is no experience to lose, no levels to raise. You are basically in a scavenger hunt for items and clues in a very small playing field. You can set your own pace, but there really is not any point in delaying because unless you are going to the next clue, nothing will happen. The controls are stiff compared to modern controls, you basically click on the four sides of the screen to move with very little finesse, but at least you can cover huge areas with a single click. The sounds are moody and believable, the atmosphere is not scary but somehow compelling, a little creepy and a little… well almost peaceful. It is a horror mystery, but it feels familiar, like an old well worn nightmare you know by heart. There are a couple of gruesome images, a fried slag heap that used to be a kid with twisted glasses, a single sneaker, and scattered coloring crayons, toys, and books and the on-phone killing of a dog, but it is mild enough to be kid safe. If you are looking for a horror shooter, this isn’t it. Get the Silent Hill Games. If you are looking for something scary, this isn’t it. Get the Fatal Frame Games. If you want challenging puzzles and mind benders or obscure clues, this isn’t it. Try Killing Ground for that. If you want a fun diversion to remind you of simpler times, buy Barrow Hill and enjoy it.
Customer Review: Does not have 360 degree turn…
I’ve played Myst games and Scratches, and although the first 2 Myst games were without the 360degrees turn, Myst 3 and 4 had 360 degree turn in the game. The reason the first 2 Myst games did not have 360 turn was that they came out in the early 1990’s. This game did not have that, and I was expecting it to have it, mainly because its a recently new game that probably came out last year or so. Another thing is I just didn’t care for this so I returned it for a refund. Sorry to be the only one here who didn’t pick up interest in this one.

Customer Review: Pretty good toy
This is a pretty fun toy. I like that my 1 year old and 3 1/2 year old are able to play with it together. There are lots of things to do with the pins and ball, in addition to bowling. My only complaint is that the soft ball isn’t heavy enough to knock down the pins when my 1 year old rolls it. She has to use a heavier plastic ball.

I guess this an electrical item rather than a petrol driven uint but it does not say. It says 2500 watts so I guess it is mains powered - if so you’d think they would say something about the power cord e.g. how long it is and if it is earthed or not!

Chalk Garden

Customer Review: Poignant Drama With Intrigue And Humor
Enid Bagnold’s play, directed for the big screen by Ronald Neame in 1964, is a touching story about a mystery woman, Madrigal (Deborah Kerr) who answers an ad for a companion for a teenage girl. But this is no prim and proper young English lady - Laurel (Hayley Mills) is a troubled youth who resides with her wealthy grandmother (wonderfully portrayed by Dame Edith Evans, who plays a crusty aristocratic Briton like no one can), and who spins lies, sets fires and steals without a thought to consequences. Obsessed with murder and criminal cases, she is accustomed to having her own way, and sets out to expose her new governess as a madwoman or something worse. Despite the child’s negative attitude, Kerr stays on, trying to reach out to Laurel, who in reality, feels so unloved and unworthy that her anger could get her into deep trouble later on. Miss Madrigal attempts to bring Laurel’s mother, Olivia (Elizabeth Sellars) back into the picture, but this only adds to the tension within the household. Maitland (Sir John Mills), the butler, seems to have an uncanny understanding of all the goings on and a wry sense of humor that most likely keeps him from blowing a gasket. Laurel begins to unravel Madrigal’s secret, which comes full circle when a distinguished judge and family friend comes for a visit. The realization of her conviction for murder (it is never really confirmed whether she was guilty of the crime or not), serves as a reason as to why she has been so determined to save Laurel - she fears that the girl will end up on the same path she did. Madrigal opens the eyes of all around her - “You should be frightened - you see before you the woman Laurel may yet become! The child who lied, cheated and hated, because she could not believe the simple fact that she was loved! You wanted the truth - and the truth may still save Laurel!” I cannot stress enough that the cast is uniformly excellent, bringing the film’s message to the viewer’s attention without bashing them on the head with it. Hayley and her late father act marvelously together, and Kerr embodies her role with such mystery, knowledge and concern that you never feel any malice for her, even after her past is revealed. An expressive musical score, lovely cinematography, both on location in England and at London’s Pinewood Studios, as well as the intrigue surrounding Kerr’s character make for a fantastically rich viewing experience.
Customer Review: Good Melodrama, But Something is Missing …
Hayley Mills does a good job of milking all the emotion there is to be milked from the furious, histrionic teenager she plays in the *Chalk Garden*, and I always enjoy Deborah Kerr in her repressed governess-type roles. But a lot of their interaction just rings hollow, somehow–maybe because Mills is so insufferably bratty that it’s hard to believe Kerr isn’t moved to, at the very least, occasional bouts of unconstrained rage. Indeed, Kerr is so prim and controlled that one tends to question the movie’s basic premise–i.e., that Kerr was just like Mills at that age. The upshot is that the script’s dramatic potential never fully unfolds. My instinct is to blame this on the direction of Ronald Neame, whose work has always struck me as competent but uninspired. This is a gritty story that should have been told grittily, but, except from Mills, there’s hardly a speck of grit anywhere. All that said, this movie remains a worthwhile conversation piece, one that I think is genuinely useful to an understanding of early 1960s’ female pathos. Mills’ character seems hopelessly torn between the only two models of girlhood available–the “nice,” well-mannered girl who never speaks out of turn, and the “bad” girl careening towards a terrible end. Mills clearly doesn’t belong where the “bad” girls go–i.e., jail, or someplace even worse–but just being a “nice” girl will never be enough. The solution the movie offers to Mills’s problem–maternal love and understanding–is too easy, to be sure, for in reality there is probably no solution at all. But the script’s insistence upon finding a happy ending, and redemption for both Mills and Kerr, is revolutionary nonetheless; here, finally, is a movie about rebelious women who don’t die at the end. From the makers of the original Swiss Army Knife, this 2-1/4-inch-long tool combines the Swiss Army Knife’s renowned versatility and a removable 256 MB USB memory stick for storing and transporting data such as music, photos, and text files. Displaying the Swiss Army Knife’s famed Swiss-flag logo of white cross against a red background, the rugged silver Alox housing also holds a knife blade, a combination nail file and screw driver, a scissors, a retractable ballpoint pen, a LED mini light, and a key ring. Accompanying the tool is a USB cable for connecting the memory stick to PCs and MACs.

About Victorinox
In 1884, Swiss cutler Karl Elsener set up shop in Ibach-Schwyz, installing a waterwheel in Tobelbach Brook to run his grinding and polishing machines. Thus began what would become the international brand name Victorinox, a combination of Victoria, for Elsener’s mother, and “inox,” or stainless steel. Today, Victorinox produces watches, luggage, clothing, and, famously, Swiss Army Knives. The forerunner of that name dates to 1897, when Elsener patented the Swiss Officer’s and Sports Knife he supplied to the Swiss Army. Following World War II, American servicemen and women shopping in PX stores shortened the name to Swiss Army Knife, which lives on in English-speaking countries around the world and has become a metaphor or versatility.

Customer Review: BigWheel perfect for our special needs!
We have been looking for a big wheel for our son, he’s 5 and has Autism. We had been having a ton of trouble on a regular bicycle because of the breaks… and the overall pressure needed to push… but this Radio Flyer BigWheel has been a great help with our son’s overall occupational therapy… he is now a happy “pedaler” and well on his way to a bigger bike. It’s adjustable seat made me very happy… and it seems very durable! Great BigWheel that helped us to bigger and better things!
Customer Review: My 3 year old loves this!!!!
My son is very hard on his Big Wheels. In fact, he has gone through 2 Big Wheels. Because he skids, or his sister stands on it behind the seat when he is driving (isn’t that how you are supposed to ride it??), he always flattens the Big Wheel tire and or it literally cracks. This Radio Flyer ‘big wheel’ is much more stylish, much easier to put together, and feels/looks stronger. While he only got it one month ago, I don’t see the tell-tale flattening of the front wheel. All my kids love the flag (so much easier to spot him!) and the ‘real metal’ handle bars. He loves it!! Should’ve bought this 2 Big Wheels ago.

Customer Review: What? It’s over…
This scooby doo game is very fun even for an 11 year old. In this mystery, the monsters are not even criminals! There’re high-tech robots controlled by a human villan. This game has a down side. It’s short. There are only three major levels. The only thing you do after beating the level is to go back for items, then the area becomes easy for you. Overall I would rent the game.
Customer Review: Pretty good
This Scooby game is not as good as Mystery Mayhem was but I think it might be better that Night of 100 Frights. Kinda in the middle. I rented it and I’ll probably buy it when I can. I just hope the next Scooby game is more like Mystery Mayhem was.

A sustainable garden means one that can be sustained over time, and
would necessarily involve I) growing food you want to eat, so you are

so that the ground will continue to support growing.I) The plants to be
grown should be chosen primarily on what your family wants to eat, and
what will grow in your locale.

Customer Review: Simply amazing
The medication I take for my lupus had my stomach chronically upset. I was literally taking Pepto Bismal or Zantac everyday. I have been using Primal Defense for over a year and I no longer have stomach issues. For me, this supplement has been simply amazing.
Customer Review: Doesn’t work for everyone
I’ve suffered through years of digestive disorders and bought a large ’stockpile’ of this product, believing it would help. I started at one tablet/day and slowly worked my way up to 3 tabs 3x/day. The results? Absolutely nothing! It failed to improve anything! I was pretty shocked/disappointed. For those of you wondering, I stayed on this regime for several months; I gave it plenty of time to work its magic but to no avail. This is not a cheap supplement either! A lot of money wasted for nothing! I did discover later that I was low in stomach acid which might explain why it didn’t work. Perhaps I wasn’t even absorbing any of it; but after being on betaine for quite some time and trying this product again (I still had 2 bottles left over) it still made no difference. Perhaps I need to try the ‘Ultra’ formula, but at this point I’m pretty jaded/doubtful it will work.

MY LITTLE PONY Styling Pony - RARITY is one pretty pony! You change her look again and again with dazzling hair accessories that clip on her hair. Use her comb to smooth out her long flowing hair. She may even like playing princess of the ponies with her pony-sized tiara! She also comes with colorful stickers that she can wear - and so can you! Pony figure comes with extra-long hair and dazzling accessories so you can create lots of fun styles and looks!

Customer Review: Cute but not average sized
My daughter LOVES Rarity and wanted her for her birthday this year. I wanted to be sure she received one so I put this one on her wish list assuming that this was the average sized pony that her friend has. when my daughter got this pony she was not disappointed but I was a little since the description did not say anything about the size of the pony. She likes this larger pony but still wants the original, average sized pony which I now need to buy as well so she can give her friend her Rarity back!
Customer Review: Most of the stuff doesn’t last long
While quite an appealing to look at, this pony doesn’t really get much use as a styling pony - well not for little 4-6 year olds anyway. My Girls are too young for this pony, or maybe it is the pony itself. The stickers got stuck in her hair and didn’t last long anyway. The little clips have almost all got lost. We have settled for just plaiting her hair and she has turned into a prop for the other games. As a large pony it is a nice solid piece. As with all pony toys it is very hard wearing. Even the little pieces for the pony hair are hard wearing. That is one thing these Manufacturers do well, they make stuff that can take pretty hard wear. The pony looks appealing, a pink unicorn with rainbow coloured mane and tail. I think I prefer the small Rarity’s better though. I wouldn’t go out of my way to get one of these big styling ponies for young children again. The little ones are much better for games. My other daughter bought the star-catcher pony which you draw on with cold pens and I have to say I have a lot of the same issues with that, we have had to plait the hair to stop it getting really disgusting too.

This disc is one of the best things that I have ever heard. Its like you are right there at the concert, and Elton sounds amazing. Goodbye Yellow Brick Road w/ Billy Joel is phenomenal, and all of Elton’s hits are here, i guarantee you will want to sing along! My only complaint is that Mary J. Blige sings I Guess That’s Why They Call It The Blues, which is a great song, but it would have been nice to hear Elton belt it on that one. Nonetheless, if you like, love, or can’t live without Elton John, then this DVD is definitely for you.

Texas Instruments TI86 Graphing Calculator
Designed with power users in mind, the TI-86 graphing calculator has all the power and functionality of the popular TI-85 but with significant enhancements aimed at students of college mathematics, engineering, and science. The TI-86 includes a function evaluation table, deep entry recall, seven different graph styles with multiple line and shading options, and slope and direction fields for differential equations. In addition, the TI-86 boasts 96 KB of user-available memory–three times more than the TI-85. There’s also a new function evaluation table which shows numeric output for function, polar, parametric, and differential equation modes.

The TI-86 runs with programs designed for the TI-85 and includes all the same matrix features, but with a new matrix editor that allows the user to view and edit matrices in two dimensions. You can also view multiple lists and attach formulas to those lists for automatic computations. A new aspect of the TI-86 is the ability to customize product functionality with machine language programs downloaded from TI’s Web site. Besides the strong graphing abilities, the TI-86 also has powerful calculus features like integration, derivatives, minimums, maximums, roots, and arcs. It also supports Z80 assembly language programming.

The 64 x 128 high-contrast pixel screen displays eight lines of 21 characters each plus two levels of display menus. With the TI-86, you can link to other TI-86s and TI-85s via the input/output port, and to CBLs, CBRs, and computers. –Dana Van Nest

Customer Review: Excellent calculator
This calculator can do anything you will need for Calc I. It might even be able to do your laundry, but I’m not much of a programmer.
Customer Review: Solid Calculator
I love my TI-86. I got my first one over 3 years ago for AP Calculus, and when the screen for that one was destroyed (stepped on, I believe), I didn’t hesitate to buy the same model second hand. It has good calculus abilities, and excellent graphing features. The conversions are handy, and good to familiarize yourself with. I’ve dropped this calculator several times from desk height (3 feet) with no problems- it is sturdy. I would recommend this calculator for any math student, physics student, or engineer.

Customer Review: Arthur & The Invisibles
Dear Amazon: “Arthur & The Invisibles”; was a very family oriented movie. It has wonderful special effects and a very nice story. The mixture of live actors and cartoon characters was a very unique treat and made the story more enjoyable. It is so nice to find family movies that are pure entertainment without all the violence & sex that appears on almost all of the entertainment mediums these days. Mario Concord, CA.
Customer Review: CG Animated Film from the Director of “The Fifth Element”: Visually Attractive But the Story Is Not
Yes, I admit it. “Arthur and the Invisibles” (”Arthur et les Minimoys”), Luc Besson’s first animated film, is far from perfect. Its weak story borrows bits of elements from various fairy tales and legends and its combination of live-action footage with animation does not work as it should be. Still few animated films can attract such talent as Madonna, David Bowie, Snoop Dogg and Robert DeNiro (all providing voices for characters) plus Mia Farrow. And its colorful animation is delight to see. Freddie Highmore (”Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”) is Arthur, young brave boy who has only 48 hours to save his grandma’s house from being sold to a greedy businessman and demolished. To seek the treasure hidden in the garden, he becomes small (using some device that need no explanation), as small as 2mm, and join forces with the Minimoys, tiny people threatened by evil “M.” Thus Arthur’s adventures with two Minimoys - independent Princess Selenia and fast-talking comic relief Betameche - begins. You will find nothing particularly new in this story. The film’s a bit contrived plot unfolds sometimes at hectic speed especially in animation part, which is often interrupted by live-action counterpart. Mia Farrow (who appears only in live-action segment) is not bad as the hero’s slightly loopy grandmother, but her segment is rather dull to me mainly because the film comes back to her several times when not many things happen to her except, as you see, her missing grandson whom we know is all right. I said this is Luc Besson film, but the film’s original concept came from C?line Garcia and Patrice Garcia. It must have taken considerable time and efforts for them and Besson to develop the idea into the film’s universe as it is, but I think with a simpler story and more round characters the world of the Minimoys would be more attractive. In short, we don’t need “Pulp Fiction” parody. “Antz” already did it. We don’t need a greedy businessman. Anyway kids love adventures and without that guy boys and girls would join in the travel with the Minimoys. Instead we want more engaging stories behind the relations between the Princess and the Evil King; we need more adventures before arriving the destination; and most of all, we want to know more about the suggested love (with some sexual nuance) between Arthur and Princess, which is one of the most intriguing part of the film, considering the cast of Freddie Highmore and Madonna. This alone could have given originality with a more developed and attractive form. I hear this is the first chapter of trilogy. I find “Arthur and the Invisibles” is surprisingly good despite negative reviews given to it, but I really wish that they give us a better story next time.

Customer Review: Excellent kids detector!
This detector is excellent for kids, The size is just right and it introduces them into the world of detecting. The detector is of good solid quality and is a little version of an entry level adult model. You do have to explain to them how to use the discrimination controls because they are kind of confusing for a kid but they pick it up quick. The detector has actually found old cans and coins that have been about 5 feet underground so it searches pretty deep. I recommend this product!

Customer Review: Not bad for the money…
For the money, it’s worth it. Though I must advise - it’s easier to create your design from scratch or use their pre-installed plans as your starting point, than to upload your own images. You’ll have to take time to learn how to use the features but that’s true of any software. The plant library is not exhaustive and they could have added a wider range of garden furniture and ornaments.
Customer Review: Inadequate for Deck Design
I purchased this software to design a deck. For the price, I found it to be very disappointing. Although it does a good job of visualizing the design in the 3D mode, it is inadequate for producing deck design details. Major drawbacks: - Cannot view, dimension, nor print a plan view of the deck structure (beams, joists, etc.). Also cannot view, dimension, nor print a crossection of the construction. Both are generally required for building permits, and necessary to actually build the deck once it’s designed - The materials list generated by the program is very inaccurate and missing major components. This feature is pretty much useless. - Dimensioning the footings is a real headache. The program inserts multiple and unreadable dimension lines every 16″, at the footing perimeters, and the post edges. - Display of the footings and associated dimensions are very buggy. The program often omits both after changing views, requiring the user to change view options constantly. After the program permanently deleted my footing dimensions twice, I gave up on that feature. - No loading information is given. The placement of footings, beams, and joists are automatically generated and cannot be modified. Ditto for the orientation of the deck boards. The help file contains no information on what assumptions the structure design is based on. After spending a couple hours online searching the software’s FAQs and user discussions, I found out this version is a severely hobbled feature set of their flagship Chief Architect software. I found free online programs that I found to be much more useful at Trex.com and DIYonline.com. Save your money and a lot of frustration, and try these first if you’re designing a deck.

Customer Review: Great Rain Boots
These boots are great, i received them as a gift, and could nto wait for it to rain, so i could wear them! They are so fun, fit great. Also Boots tend to be too tight in the calf on me, yet these fit great! Highly recommend this brand.

Lentil sprouts are high in fiber, protein and amino acids, vitamins A, C, B comples and E, iron, calcium and phosphorous. Raw lentil sprouts can be a bit peppery to the taste. They make a good substitute for celery or green pepper in salads, soups and vegetable combinations. Sprouted lentil soup is hearty and nutritious and was a staple food of the middle east in biblical times.
